Hunger Bites

I am so hungry. I don't like it. It is getting hard to keep eating right.  My calories have been higher than I would like.  I'm still in weightloss range but I wish I were full longer.  I hope my next fill helps out with that a little more.
I went to the gym today.  I called up my old gym buddy and she met me there.  She is so great.  I wish she worked similar hours so we could do it more often.  She works evenings and that's pretty much the only time I can make the gym.  I'm trying to use my fitness pal to keep.track of everything. 
With all the stuff going on with my brother I am finding it hard to stay focused.  I am trying to get back in the groove.  I'm going to pack my gym bag before work so I can go right after I get off.  That's the plan.
