I'm on the not so fun part of this learning curve. I still think like I did pre-banding. Add that to not having any fills yet and I'm in trouble. I have to really learn what is enough. I ate half a cup of eggbeaters with 1/2 cup of cheese and I do not feel well. Now, had I been eating slowly like I'm supposed to I would have felt the need to stop. Well, not need, but the subtle sigh that means I've had enough. Instead, I ate with normal speed and that meant eating right past that comfortable stop. Ugh. Now I feel overly full. Yucky.
I've decided I'm going to get better at measuring and timing my meals. I finished eating at 10:30 so I will not eat again until 2:30 or 3pm. Every 4.5 hours is supposed to be the norm.
At least I didn't feel up on too high calorie foods. I also got massive amounts of protein in this morning. Woohoo for protein!!
